Let's start by saying WOW! I walked in here looking for parts for my turbo after the folks at the BBQ galore down the street tried to rip me off. This guy went way out of his way to help me fix my grill even tho I didn't buy anything from him. I wish there were more companies like this. They don't care about the sale they are just helpful. Because of the customer service here I will be back to buy soon. I would recommend the BBQ Store anyone and everyone. If I could give them 10 stars I would, I am still amazed people like this still exist. Thank soooooo much!

Jared went extra miles to make sure we got the right bbq to satisfy our need. We had our share with low quality bbqs that always break or undertcook our food. And he was right the model he sold us was perfect. It was the best $5000 we ever spent. Go see that fella he knows what's up.

Amazing selection and superb craftsmanship. I'm a big fan that they're American built, and also have a really good warranty. They're expensive, but well worth the investment. I'm purchasing mine in 2 months, and especially like that Jarad the mgr. is also a south bay local.
